Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for viewing the pdf files. It may be obtained from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If the pdfs do not display properly in your browser, right click the link and
"save link as" (Mozilla Firefox) or "save target as" (Internet Explorer).
They can then be viewed locally.
